Oisin Fanning
Position: Chairman

Mr. Fanning, Chairman of San Leon Energy Plc, has over twenty five years of experience in structured finance, stock broking, and corporate finance. His experience includes ten years specializing in the oil and gas industry with involvement in Petroceltic Ltd (owner of Kinsale gas royalties) and later Petroceltic Plc., Mr. Fanning was also closely involved with the restructuring of Dana Petroleum Plc in the early '90s and was a major supporter of Tullow Oil Plc in its infancy.

 
Helen Tuttle
Position: Vice President of Administration and Corporate Secretary

Ms. Tuttle has twenty years of experience in management positions within the transportation, manufacturing, software, and oil & gas industries. Her background provides a broad spectrum of administrative and accounting skills. Ms. Tuttle's prior position with GPE Energy Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Gold Point Energy, included operations, accounting, and property management, as well as administration of the company's business affairs. Ms. Tuttle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and a graduate level certification in Advanced Studies in Technical Writing.

 
John Buggenhagen, Ph.D.
Position: Vice President of Exploration - Europe

John Buggenhagen, Ph.D., is an exploration geophysicist with 14 years of experience developing exploration opportunities in more than twenty countries around the world with a strong focus on Europe. Most recently Dr. Buggenhagen worked as the Exploration Manager in Europe for Denver-based Aspect Energy, LLC. Dr. Buggenhagen was a major contributor in building the highly successful Aspect subsidiary, Hungarian Horizon Energy, which has emerged as a leading exploration company in Central Europe. Prior to joining Aspect, he worked as an exploration geophysicist for ConocoPhillips Alaska (formerly ARCO Alaska) on numerous exploration projects across the North Slope of Alaska including the newly reopened National Petroleum Reserve. Dr. Buggenhagen has spent his career working as a technical geophysicist and exploration manager focused on executing prospect generation and development through drilling operations. His extensive experience includes international negotiations and government relations. Dr. Buggenhagen received his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in geophysics from the University of Wyoming and his B.S. degree in geophysics from the University of Arizona.

 
John Yu
Position: Qualified Person

Mr. John Yu is Gold Point's Qualified Person under Rule 51-101 (Exchange standards for disclosure of oil and gas activities). Mr. Yu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in metallurgical engineering from the University of Alberta and is a registered professional engineer in British Columbia and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Yu has been active in the oil and gas industry since 1975, and has extensive domestic and international experience. Since May, 1981, he has provided consulting services to numerous oil and gas companies through his private consulting firm, Petrotech Engineering Ltd., based in Burnaby, B.C.
